REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Congratulations on your provisional admission to Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic, Lafia, for the 2025/2026 Academic Session. Please follow the steps below to complete your registration:
Step 1: Login to the Portal
Visit app.imap.edu.ng and enter your Applicant ID (e.g., ND202500000) and password.
– ND applicants who applied using the old portal should use their JAMB registration number and 12345678 as password.
– HND applicants who applied using the old portal should log in to the new portal with the phone number used on the old portal, removing the first digit (e.g., 7035229392), and 12345678 as password.
– Part-time applicants should log into the new portal with the same Applicant ID from the part-time portal and 12345678 as password.
– prend applicants should log in to the new portal with the same Applicant ID from the prend portal and 12345678 as password.
Step 2: Accept Admission
Click on ‘Accept Admission’ and proceed to the payment page for the Admission Letter.
Step 3: Make Payment
Select ‘Online Payment’ and click ‘Pay’. Choose one of the payment options: ATM, Transfer, or USSD.
Step 4: Download Documents
Once payment is successful, download the CBS receipt and navigate back to the school portal to download the Admission Letter, Clearance Letter, Acceptance Letter, and Acceptance Fee Receipt.
Step 5: Clearance and School Fees Payment
Print the Clearance Letter and take it, along with your original credentials, to the Head of Department. Once cleared, proceed to pay your school fees.
Step 6: Course Registration
Log back into your portal, click on fees menu, then click on school fees, select session, select semester, and proceed with making payment. Login again using your newly generated matric number and application password. Go to Academic -> Registration to retrieve your course Registration.
Step 7: Finalize Registration
Log in as ‘Student’ using your Registration Number and default password. Change your password and go to ‘My Course Registration’ to select courses. Download and print four copies of the Course Registration Form, sign, and get signatures from relevant authorities.
